Replacement part for output jack on Vigeir Excalibur?

I have a Shawn Lane Excalibur 2007 model (based on the serial #).
The output jack seems loose when I plug in/out the guitar cord, the output sound also cuts when I hit the cord when it is already pugged.
I've read on Forum Question 5031 that the Vigier Retro 54's output jack can be replaced with Switchcraft-Stereo-Long-Threaded-Jack.  Is this the same case with Shawn Lane's Excalibur?
 
Can a Switchcraft 1/4 Barrel Jack Chrome also be used?
