Just acquired a nice 86 Passion and the bridge pickup top has snapped across the width of the pick up ( top to bottom of bass across the weakest point around the pole pieces ) seems to still work ok but the only thing holding it on is the wax(?) used in the winding.
Can a replacement Benedetti pickup be purchased? Or could it be repaired?
Any advice or opinions gratefully accepted

Great. How do i go about buying one and how much would it cost? Would it be best to go through an authorised Vigier Dealer here in Scotland UK?

Hi BB, yes it will be best to place the order through your nearest Vigier dealer, in Scotland this will be Red Dog Music.

To help us ensure we get the right parts can you send some pics of the guitar and pickups to vigieruk@vigierguitars.com - we will then be able to tell you the price and stock codes for your replacment parts.

Cheers Ben,
i've already had a wee chat with Roberta and Rod At RedDog and they were v helpful.
The bass is in for an estimate for a rewind and replacement top plate for the pup at the moment at my local luthier and some work to the control board but a replacement pickup would be ideal in the long run. Will get the bass over to RedDog first chance
Many thanks
BB
