Hey Patrice, what made you decide to use a zero fret? I'm assuming it's to give open strings the same tone as fretted strings, but if there's another reason, I'd like to know.
Zero Fret
The zero frets are ever so slightly taller than the other frets, and are set looser in their espective fret slots. The zero frets are also made from a harder material as the regular frets. One added benefit is that the zero fret on a Vigier guitar is a user-replaceable item. The owner can replace a worn zero fret and restore the guitar to it's original setup and playability, and do so quite easily.

The zero fret is the best system I found. I did not created that, just improved it.
