Factory setting for Excalibur Supra 2010 tremolo

Hi. I have bought a used Excalibur Supra (~10y old) and I would like to adjust the tremolo (2010) back to how it would be set from the factory. Right now the springs are tightened so hard the trem is not floating at all...
Maybe it should be set so that e.g G string can be raised 1.5 notes or something? Do you have guidelines like that or any advice?

Yes the vibrato should be floating, measure 3 to 4 mm between the back of the vibrato and the body.
