Hi all,
I bought it in Barcelona this week. New and boxed (!!)
Apparently, it had been forgotten in a warehouse. It's hard to believe but it does look like it's never been played.
It's from 1993 which makes it 22 years old. Sounds awesome. Well, eventually it found a good home, I'll treasure it.
Nice work Mr Vigier.

A new never played Arpege from 1993! You were very lucky to find it. Where did you buy it?

Got it here: http://www.weissehugel.com/
They do custom guitar and basses (pretty amazing, actually) but they used to trade instruments and they have a few pieces left (including two Vigier Excess).
Definitely worth checking out. The person who runs it (Manel) is a great guy and takes good care of his customers. Highly reccomended.

I know that place, I am from Barcelona. It was previously called CMB (Centro Musical Barcelona). My first bass was bought there. Cool custom guitars and basses they do now!

"Cool" is not enough!! Best sounding bass I've ever tried. Expensive (of course)
