Cleaning for the Excalibur Indus finished

Hi,I recently adquire a black matte Vigier Excalibur Indus and it has some slight white spots. I tried to clean it with a wet cloth but when the spot is dry it's visible again.Could you help me please??Thanks

To deep clean my Excalibur Indus I use washing up liquid.
