Hi.
I have a Vigier Excess 4 string bass. When I bought the bass it came with Extra Light Gauge Strings: 040-055-075-095
Now I want to try the Light Gauge Strings: 045-060-080-100
Do I need to bring the bass to a shop to be re-adjusted and set up for this new gauge, or the difference is too small and it will work fine without any re-adjustment?
Thank you.

Any time you change the string gauge on an instrument you must redo the setting. On a Vigier you just need to redo the intonation. You can do it yourself if you follow the instruction in the manual.
