Hi, my name is Matt. My wife bought me a Shawn Lane Master Series last year for a wedding present(cool wife I know). Well in March of this year I had an issue with my zero fret causing my high E string to creak and get stuck, and I had a very scratchy volume pot. I sent it to Tyler Salwender and he had the guitar for 6 weeks. It turns out it needed to get a new fret job and a new nut(guitar was less than a year old). I got the guitar back after 6 weeks and my case was missing it's handle, my pickguard was cracked, the volume knob was never looked at, but the frets were great. I contacted Tyler and he said he would ship me out a new case and a pickguard but I never heard back from him again. It's now July and I'm having the same issue with my zero fret again, and my volume know is still as scratchy as ever. Tyler never wrote back to me about the pickguard or case so I emailed him again last week and again this week but I've still not heard anything. Any thoughts on a fix to my issues? I would prefer not to send the guitar to California again(i'm in New Hampshire, USA) as it was gone way to long. ThanksMattnhgtrman@gmail.com
