Vigier Arpege IV electronics issue

Hey, Looking for insights on a strange recurring issue with my Vigier Arpege IV bass.
I noticed that when I plucked hard, I’d occasionally get a sudden, boomy noise—like a deep electric “ignition” or surge, sometimes that "boom" just overtaking the chain as an ongoing boomie-crapy sound and The only way to stop it is to unplug and replug the bass. I
a similar sound can happen when I slide on the strings with a bit more friction. Not every time, and not with light slides— only high friction slides.
My signal chain is very simple and dead quiet. My bass is well grounded and the batteries are new.
I have this with different amps, new cables, with or without pedals, i succeeded to isolate the problem to the bass.
Anyone experienced something similar?
