Vigier Guitars

Hi,
I recently purchased this lovely Vigier.  It plays like a dream. 
 

Unfortunately it's had a hard life not really visible in the pic...
 
The pickguard has cracks
The pickguard screws are corroded
Someone has played with the wiring as the tone operates in the opposite direction to the volume pot!
I'd love to restore it with the correct parts.  
 
How would I go about getting the right parts for it?  I can do the wiring myself...but rather than just correct the tone pot wiring, would like to check the rest of the wiring is correct.
