Hi all, the flexretainer for the B string on my Excalibur has come out of its hole, how do I tighten it back in place?

OK, panic possibly over. I.... gently pushed it back in.

For anyone needing the info the Allan Key at the back is used to tighten and adjust the Flexretainer and is 1.5mm.
