Vigier Guitars

Hi there, I hope someone can help. My Excess 5 is my go to bass and has been for the past 3 years. After much messing about with other basses as well, I know I have found my home so, I'm looking in to the option of getting a custom Excess 5 built but, I have no idea who to ask and how to spec it up. Does anyone know who I need to speak to please? Thanks in advance.
