I might be wrong but I'm fairly certain Vigier never made a 5 string Series II passion.

Now that you say it, I haven't seen a 5-string Passion II before.

They must have build some, at least one.
I own one
Vigier Passion II 5-String build 1989
Fire red (looks more like Ferrari red... and plays like...)

for no specific reason, I just find them more appealing.
But there is no V (yet).

Hey, you still looking for a 5 string Passion?  I've got a 1999 5 string (Passion III), black transparent paint, gold hardware which I'm planning on letting go.  Let me know if you're interested!

Well you might be right, I think it is a passion III, build in 1994.
 

I made a review the other day
Vigier vs. Dingwall Lee Sklar (I was offered). I hoped so much the Dingwall would master my V.
I needed some arguments to go for the Ding.
However, it ended up that I didn't buy.

hm,  still looking.

Still got my 5-string Passion III for sale, thinking around $1800 CAD.  Transparent black.  Great condition. 

I know,  I would be all over that, but shipping and import taxes are too expensive
