Aha, with any change of string gauge / tuning etc I would always check my intonation. As for the action - that is personal preference. The beauty of the 10/90 neck is that you never have to worry about neck adjustments, making it so easy and a pleasure to change set-ups on a Vigier.

All that said I go between standard / standard 'Drop D' to Eb and half-step down 'Drop Db' all the time without having to change a thing, unless I am recording - then I check and fine set-up my intonation for the particular tuning I am recording in.

Welcome to the Vigier family in advance.
