are all colours of the bumblefoot now available with a kill switch, the vigier uk and usa site states only the black ones come with it but ive seen pictures on the net of both natural and cherry ones * with a kill switch

Yes, this it is standard on all the Bfoot models (inc. the DoubleBfoot).

No, only the TextBlack (or Black Sparkle if you can find one) has a matching headstock.
