Can I get a pickguard with no middle pickup hole?

I have a Shawn Lane Master Signature and there are two things about the pickguard layout that gets in my way: one is the middle pickup, which bothers my picking, and the other is the volume knob, which knocks against my hand all the time. My current solution is to lower the middle pickup all the way down, and also I removed the tone pot and moved the volume knob to where the tone was. I love it this way, but it looks atrocious. Can I pleease buy a replacement pickguard that does not have a hole for the single coil pickup and does not have a hole for the normal volume control?
It is very worth it for me to have a guitar that does not bother my right hand but that does not look like it was modded by a hillbilly (I dont know if you know what a 'hillbilly' is in France).
Can you help?? I can post of pic of how it looks at the moment but its not pretty.
