Vigier Guitars

I have never had any use for the 3 out of phase/mixed pick up positions on my vigier.
 
 
I'd like to rewire it ti have the 3 position a middle pick up only. is this doable without changing the schaller 5 way switch?
 
 

You should be able to re-wire your guitar this way. Be good to get your feedback once it is done.

I was asking in parallel to the Orange Amps forum, where I am more active, somebody picked up that the switch is a Schaller Megaswitch E, and that I would need another switch, the Megaswitch S to rewire it in traditional Strat wiring. Is this correct?

A S looks your better bet as the orange amp dude says. Maybe a normal oak grigsby or other switch fits the Schaller screw holes.
