I have a very early (1995? - Serial No.950254) Vigier Surfreter Fretless Guitar for sale. It was bought from Patrice at a UK trade Show, one of two he had there at the time (I believe John Paul Jones bought the other one!) It is in VERY good condition and includes the original gig-bag. I'm not sure what the body is made of, but it looks to me like it could be solid flamed sycamore.I have posted some photos here -http://www.flickr.com/photos/68858184@N02/sets/72157627812660981/It is in the UK but I can ship anywhere. The are two very small dings in the wood which are barely noticeable. Apart from that, it is like new (although the fingerbaord could do with a polish now!). There is no wear on the gold hardware and there are no buckle marks or scratches anywhere.I'm not really sure what it is worth as I understand that Vigier are not currently producing this guitar, so let me know. Would like it to go to a good home for a fair price.D

Hi Django, I am in London and would be interested by the fretless you mention. Any price in mind? Any chance to examine it? Let me know. I dont use the vigier forum very often so best is to contact me. Thanks Francois
