Does the bridge of the Vigier Excess Original Bass allow to change the string spacing?

Yes but if you want to make them wider you are limited by the neck width.
I have checked the Vigier Excess bass manual, but I have not found any reference to string spacing, only string height. Is there any documentation that explains how to setup string spacing?
Is it also possible to adjust the neck, or this can not be done due to the 10/90 system and the lack of the truss rod?

The standard string spacing is about 18mm between strings, I think it is indicated hereYou cannot and do not need to adjust the neck.
