A true legend in the music world....sadly missed. I went to New York earlier this year as it was my lifelong ambition to see him play....the show ended up being cancelled due to extreme snow that fell on that weekend...I wanted to arrange to go back and see him later this year but now sadly will never get the chance. There is now one more star in heaven looking down on us. RIP Les Paul.

A very late reply I know, but thats such a sad story you never got to meet him. A legend not only for guitar (design and playing) but multi-track recording and any other things that get overlooked because of his influence. RIP
