Vigier Guitars

Hello m8s, first timer here So I have an Ibanez Universe in mint condition for sell and someone offered me a Vigier Passion III for trade. I'm not too familiar with this guitar nor can I find much information around the web. Here are a few pictures: How much would you say it is worth in this condition? What are the pros and cons of it?   Regards and thanks;)

I would say that is a great swap indeed, these guitars are very rare, beautiful and a collectors piece.
