Zero fret worn out?

Hi!
Noticed a strange thing... On my Excalibur Custom, Zero Fret has cavities (or guides?) in which strings reside. When I do bend strings 1-3 on 1-3 frets, sometimes string pops out of the cavity - mostly I feel it with my fingers, it doesn't seem to have any impact on sound.
Is it worn out already (looks like strange after half a year of playing) and needs replacement or that's normal "by design" and I just haven't noticed it before?
I've always been thinking the Zero Fret should be flat and without any cavities, similar to regular frets...am I wrong?
Thanks in advance!

Since you have a locking nut I would suggest you keep your fret as it is. Cavities are not a problem.

Patrice,
I mean does the Zero Fret have cavities initially or they appear due to friction/normal wear, with time?
I'd consider ordering a replacement fret for the future then, to be on the safe side.
Thanks!

I've got the same "problem" it doesn't hurt tough , maybe if strings start breaking i'll get worried.
Have my Vigier for 4 months now or so :P

It is the pressure of the strings that makes it.
