String action at the 1st fret for basses

Hello  
I’ve been searching for the factory string action at the 1st fret for the Excess and Passion III basses, but couldn’t find that anywhere. 
I would like to check if the zero fret needs to be adjusted or replaced in my basses.

Measure it in the 2nd fret while capoing 1st fret, then use same measure (or just a hair higher)
