volume pot excalibur

Hi. I have to replace the volume pot of my Excalibur Custom HSH. It is cracking like crazy. Can anybody tell me the type and specification of the pot (Ohm etc.)

If it is a newer guitar a 1meg good quality pot will be what you want, if it is older then a 500k pot would be the like-for-like replacement.

Thanks for the info. It is a 2007 guitar. I presume it is considerd a newer model Correct??
