Hello Vigier staff,May you please answer my questions regarding Shawn Lane signature serie.1.  What's the different between Excalibur Shawn Lane signature, HSH, Vigier 2010 and 2011 ?  and will there be 2012 model?2.  On this  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tw9qRtXL7d4&list=UULEk9DRMugY9E1edK0XxebQ&index=2&feature=plcp     2.1 Which exact model/year is that?       2.2 Why color is white?   Is it a custom made of Shawn Lane model?     2.3 Marshall mentioned he had to wait one and a half year, why is that?      2.4 I doubt if there are differences in Shawn Lane model, however, he mentioned his feeling/playablity is different between his white one and dark one.  Quote "I don't ever remember the Master Signature being this amazing. The dark one is close but not quite as easily playable."     This is link to the dark one.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FHr9mF1OSHk&feature=related     May you let me know if there are differences in the made of the guitar between his white and dark one?  3.  How much is the white one?  If I buy in France, Japan, or USA, where will be cheaper?  (I travel a lot)4.  What other models of Vigier that has same exact neck as his white one?  Thank you-slowpork

I am merely a fan, but known Marshall a little.     2.1  (You could always ask using Youtube, about the year? It is probably 2010, if he had to waiti a year and half for it.)     2.2 It is not white. It looks white because the video has transferred badly. The process of transferring to youtube + perhaps high gain on the video + direct light on the guitar has bleached the colour on the video. The Lane only comes in natural wood type finish (Signature), or clear black (Master).     2.3 That is about the standard waiting time if you order direct from Vigier to your local dealer, I think.
2.4 Marshall had one of his Shawn Lane models refretted with big jumbo frets. It may have been the blackone he also owns. Or it may have been the one in the video. Why not ask him?     3.  (As above, there's no white one)     4.  (The two Lane Vigiers,  the one he is playing is the Signature. The black one is the "Master".) Of course, if anyone (Ben? !) sees I have given you wrong advice, I will happily be corrected.
