Did you try gently tapping it out from the side? Screwdriver on fret tang, gently hammer on screwdriver?

I bet a new arm would help too. See if you can source one. They can wear a tad plus not all are made equal.

Silly question but have you tried tightening that trem housing using the Allen key socket on the bottom? (Little black socket?)

Did you try insulating the jack from shielding paint too? Maybe it is how the jack is made. I.e. it is shorting out inside itself?
