On my Shawn lane model.  the D string has a sitar-like sound between the 2cd and 5th frets.  Is it the nut or the zero fret??
 

What are the saddle adjusting screw sizes for the Shawn lane Model.     The allen wrench sizes.    Merci, Denis

What dealer did you go thru??  I think Tone Merchants in CA. is no longer operating? 

The zero fret is worn under my D (4th) string and needs to be replaced. How do i go about obtaining a new one?? It is a Shawn Lane model in natural finish.

Patrice.  I heard recently that a while back you made two Anniversary guitars, two only, that went for about $30,000 each.  I was wondering what became of these guitars and are there any pictures?

Don't know if you use hand lotion or not, but I switched to playing with no hand lotion on and this problem went away.  Hope this helps.
