I am going to be receiving a used Vigier 13 soon.  In case they are not included, what are the wrench sizes needed to adjust the bridge - specifically the F, G, H and I positions?

My guitar tech and I (aka Korey G from above - forgot my old sign on info) took a look finally and there were no plates as mentioned above.  My tech ended up drilling an extra hole where needed to install a set of "regular" pickups.
