Vigier is proud to announce the arrival of new additions to its line in 2016. Join us leading up to the NAMM show as we unveil a new product every day until we make our arrival on the show floor (Hall C, Booth 4762.)

The Expert Classic Rock was designed with 70s classic rock in mind. Made for players who seek this classic sound and demand a modern instrument that can achieve it.

Vintage instruments have always had that magic, a je ne sais quoi. But for all the voodoo and mojo these guitars may have, they lack modern appointments and stability. Vigier players demand tone AND stability. Thanks to the new set of True-Vintage Single Coil pickups hand made by the brilliant Amber workshop, we have achieved both.

The Expert Classic Rock is the mojo machine built for 2016 with none of the head, hand and tuning aches of the past.

The only ones made so far have all been sold…we do have some off to dealers shortly and hope to get some reviews (but this might not be until next year, due to build times to hand-craft our guitars), the reviews will be a good place for soundbites I am sure.

Actually found one online for those interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vJ40XFslvw

I played a expert retro63 the other day but it was a really old one which still had knife edges on the bridge but the neck didn't please me that well like all other Vigiers did.

I own an excalibur custom, GV wood and also played the shawn lane sign and all of those necks were superb! My question is: is the neck of the classic rock more like the retro 63 or more like an excalibur?

The Expert series al have 22 frets and fatter necks than the Excalibur or G.V. series guitars.
