Ability to see user forum posts in profile & uploaded media

Is there a way to quickly see all my- or another user's forum posts in the profile? Or see my uploaded media??? I can only see my video in 'My Account', but it's not visible in the Profile, nor can I see any media in other user Profiles... So what's the point of uplodaing media then if you can't see it? Am I overlooking something perhaps?
